Instructor Bio

Dr. James Rutkowski is orginally from Meadville, PA. He graduated from the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1972. He then earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburg School of Dental Medicine in 1976 and a PhD in Pharmacology from Duquesne University in 2008.

​Dr. Rutkowski is a Dilpomate of the American Board of Implantology/Implant Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is the Editor-In-Cheif of the Journal of Oral Implantology and past president of the ABOI/ID.

​Dr. Rutkowski has maintained a dental implant practice in Clarion, Pennsylvania for over 35 years.
